Refunds

How to ask
Send a support request with the type "Billing" and your order reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
What happens to your license
A fully refunded purchase ends the license it created. A refunded subscription is cancelled. Partial refunds don't end a license.
Disputes
If you open a payment dispute with your bank, the license is paused until the dispute is closed.
Your statutory rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
