The controller isn't detected
- Try another USB cable (some carry power only) or re-pair over Bluetooth.
- Close other controller tools that may take the device exclusively.
- Open Diagnostics in ZENO: it shows what ZENO sees and suggests fixes.
The game doesn't react
- Make sure ViGEmBus is installed; the Dashboard shows the virtual controller's state.
- If the game sees two controllers, install HidHide and hide the physical one.
Inputs feel delayed
Open Performance Lab in ZENO to measure the report rate and processing time on your PC. Bluetooth and USB hubs can add delay.
Something else
Export a diagnostic report (Diagnostics → Export report) and attach the summary to a support request.
